Thyme Recipes

Thyme is an aromatic prized for its versatility as a culinary herb, an insect repellant and as an ornamental feature in the perennial garden.  The entire plant is edible, including the flower, but the best taste is achieved just before flowering.  Thyme can be dried and stored for long periods.  It is hardy to -20°F and grows 6-12″ tall.  Believed by ancient Greeks to give one courage.
